Description of the property
Resort settlement "Boykov rid" is the main structural core of Predel resort and tourism locality. Located in the south slope it is a natural amphitheater, facing the majestic view of Pirin Mountain. The regions and the areas have the status of residential houses, resorts and public service centers. In the eastern foot of the hill (in the immediate vicinity of it) a Social centre and a bottom station of a lift with a master plan will be developed. The lift will connect the tourist area with the ski center Kulinoto. The locality borders on the class II road Simitli - Razlog - Bansko and on the old road to Bansko, which makes not only the transportation and the connections with the rest of the resort settlements - Betolovoto, Predel, Kulinoto - easier, but also its connections with the towns of Razlog and Bansko.
