Resort settlement "Boykov rid" is the main structural core of Predel resort and tourism locality. Located in the south slope it is a natural amphitheater, facing the majestic view of Pirin Mountain. The regions and the areas have the status of residential houses, resorts and public service centers. Panorama village Resort is situated in the locality „Boykov rid" next to the road fork of the main road Simitli - Razlog - Bansko and it adjoins directly the scenic drive „The old road of Bansko", which has been provided with all services in that part - with water supply system and drainage system.
Nearby this real estate a new tourist complex will be built up that will be spread out over an area of 100 000 sq.m, as well as a bottom station of a gondola lift for ski centre "Kulinoto".
